Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Microservices, Micro Frontend required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with React and Angular frameworks.
• Proficient in bundling tools, such as Webpack and Vite.
• Solid knowledge of CSS, including preprocessors (e.g. SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS solutions
• Proven experience as a Frontend Development with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of CSS, including preprocessors (e.g. SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices and development workflows.
• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Angular.
• Implement efficient bundling and build processes using Webpack and Vite.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Promote test-driven development (TDD) practices within the team.
• Create and maintain modular, reusable, and maintainable CSS styles.
• Implement design systems and ensure consistent styling across applications.
• Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement in the development process and implement solution.
