Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for training operations while ensuring compliance with established service standards and SOPs.
• Process and maintain training-related transactions and records within the designated HR or learning management systems.
• Coordinate and follow up with learners, training providers, and stakeholders on training schedules, enrolments, attendance, and other training-related matters.
• Generate, compile, and submit reports in accordance with established processes and reporting requirements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries related to training administration.
• Review and assess cases independently, applying established guidelines and procedures to determine appropriate actions and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in administration, training coordination, learning administration, or customer support will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using HRIS, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or Workday is advantageous.
