Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Industrial Equipment & Solutions
• Position Title: Sales Executive
• Working Location: West Region
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Transport Allowance + Commission + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow sales within assigned industries and accounts.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling opportunities.
• Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Follow up on customer feedback and provide prompt after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience; experience in industrial products or engineering solutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License and own transport is an advantage.
