Kerja Sepenuh Masa Accounts Assistant, Gaji tinggi SGD 2,300 di FREIGHT LINKS EXPRESS PTE LTD West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibility

• Handle local/overseas accounts receivable/payable function for day to day operations
• Ensure timely debt collection on respective overseas agents.
• Perform monthly overseas account reconciliation and send out monthly statement of accounts promptly.
• Liaise with internal and external parties with regards to agents’ payment status queries
• Ensure all filings are done in a proper and timely manner
• Assist on periodically / annually housekeeping as required
• Perform other general duties as and when assigned

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Must have some basic accounting knowledge and able to perform reconciliation of Accounts for AR/AP and Bank etc.
• No experience needed, training provided, experience in agent reconcile in forwarding industry would be an added advantage.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, show initiative to learn and adaptable to changes
• Full-Time position available.
