About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the team at Infinity Financial Advisory Pte Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Director ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. This is a full-time role based in Eunos, Central Region.

What you'll be doing
1. Provide administrative, technical, and research support to financial advisers in preparing comprehensive financial plans, insurance proposals, and investment recommendations for clients.

2. Manage the Associate Director's Day to day clients and prospects planning.

3. Preparing quotations as well as issuing documents.

4. Agency Events Management

5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Associate Director

6. Provide support for various day to day administration works.

What we're looking for
1. At least 2-3years of experience as an Insurance Consultant or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a similar role in the financial planning industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of stakeholders

3. Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

4. Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

5. Adaptable and flexible with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

6. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your works.
