Role purpose

Own the end-to-end test management approach across waves (SIT/UAT as applicable), ensuring test readiness, disciplined execution, transparent defect management, and evidence-based test exit recommendations.

Key accountabilities

• Define and maintain the test strategy and wave-level test approach (scope, cycles, environments, data, entry/exit criteria).
• Produce wave test plans and coordinate execution with value stream Tech Leads and test teams.
• Establish and run defect triage (severity model, prioritisation, ageing controls, retest discipline)
• Ensure test environments and test data readiness are planned, owned, and tracked.
• Provide test reporting and readiness inputs to wave go/no-go (coverage, pass rates, defect trends, residual risk).
• Drive continuous improvement across waves (lessons learned, standard templates, automation where possible).

• Test strategy and wave test plan
• Test entry/exit criteria and evidence packs
• Defect triage governance and defect dashboards
• Test readiness and test exit recommendations (Tech)

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Proven Test Management experience on large-scale integration/migration programmes.
• Good defect management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with test tooling (e.g., Jira/ADO, ALM/qTest) and reporting automation.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, defect management practices, and agile frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with good communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and regional teams in dynamic environments.
