Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / HR nExecutive to join our team in Kitchener Link. The successful candidate will handle both accounting and HR functions for our company.

Accounting Duties:

1. Maintain full set of accounts including. bank reconciliation

2. Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, and balance sheet

3. Handle and file corporate tax, and liaise with auditors

4. Process payments, invoicing, and budgeting

5. Assist with costing for projects and contracts

HR Duties:

1. Full spectrum HR: payroll, CPF, IR8A, leave, and benefits administration

2. Recruitment, onboarding, and exit process for staff

3. Maintain HR records and ensure MOM compliance

4. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and liaise with MOM

5. Administer staff contracts, policies, and employee relations

Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in Accounting, HR, or related field

2. Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting + HR role

3. Proficient in Xero / QuickBooks and HRMS/payroll software

4. Knowledge of Singapore tax, CPF, MOM, and employment law

5. Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR only

6. Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
