  • Administrative & Data Support: Help prepare operational presentations, technical reports, and data materials for partners, clients, and internal team use.

What You Will Learn
  • How carbon removal projects operate on the ground and meet carbon market standards.
  • Practical experience in hands-on sustainability project management and operational logistics.
  • Deep technical exposure to biochar, carbon markets, and environmental impact measurement.
  • How cross-functional coordination works inside an agile climate startup.

  • Passion: Strong interest in climate-tech, carbon markets, and real-world environmental impact.
  • Skills: Analytical, sharp attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and basic data handling tools.
  • Mindset: Curious, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first setting.
