Role Description
Data Entry & Compilation
- Assist with data entry into the group's accounting and clinic management systems
- Support the compilation of recurring finance schedules and workbooks
Report Casting & Accuracy Checks
- Check that totals and components in management reports and schedules reconcile correctly (casting checks)
- Flag discrepancies for review before reports are finalised
Statutory Document Filing
- Assist in organising, indexing, and filing statutory and regulatory correspondence (e.g., LHDN, SSM & Kastams)
- Support the maintenance of a statutory records register
Simple Analysis & General Support
- Assist with basic variance checks and data summarisation
- Support ad hoc requests from the Finance function
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Open to penultimate/final-year students and recent fresh graduates
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- High attention to detail
- Able to follow structured instructions and work independently once briefed
- Prior exposure to accounting software (e.g., Xero) is an advantage but not required
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret numerical and financial data.
- Basic knowledge of finance principles and exposure to financial statements.
- Foundational understanding of accounting concepts and bookkeeping practices.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with team members.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic financial software (e.g., Excel or similar tools).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting and maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
