Role Description The Account Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the service lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer communications via phone, email, and in person, addressing service issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements. The Account Services Representative will assist in explaining service offerings, including employee benefits-related solutions, preparing account documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves monitoring account performance, identifying opportunities for service improvement, and supporting client retention initiatives.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build rapport and interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee client portfolios, track service delivery, and support long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits or related services to explain offerings clearly and support client decision-making.
- Additional qualifications: prior experience in client-facing or account service roles, proficiency with office software and CRM tools, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Malaysia is an advantage.
