On behalf of the hiring company, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as a Project Administrator :

Job Summary

Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team for lift installation, modernisation and upgrading projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project files, drawings, submissions and correspondence.
• Support Project Managers and Engineers with reports, schedules and meeting minutes.
• Track project milestones, approvals, materials and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, progress claims and variation order documents.
• Support site access, work permits and safety documentation.
• Compile testing, handover, as-built and project completion documents.
• Perform other project administration duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of project administration or coordination experience.
• Experience in M&E, construction or engineering projects is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Remuneration is pegged to the incumbent's qualification and experience.
