1) Ensure a proper tenant mix in the property, in line with business strategy and market demand, and to achieve the organization desired business objectives. 2) Monitor planning and implementing leasing activities. 3) Identify suitable tenants and initiate discussion with potential tenants. 4) Negotiate the lease, finalize rental and other terms and conditions 5) Ensure all the tenants follow the lease term 6) Conduct market research to keeping up with market trends 7) Follow up through execution to the opening of store 8) Resolve any tenants’ concerns and issues immediately 9) Prepare, update and maintain all leasing documentations 10) Ensure that tenants are consistent with the retail plan and the positioning of the shopping mall 11) Monitor all new and existing tenancy document activities are always up-to-date and completed on time 12) Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, management reports as well as documents with regards to lease transaction 13) Liaise with Legal department on Tenancy Agreements 14) Manage tenancy related matters such as rental, utilities collection and tenancy renewals 15) Maintain a good rapport with new and existing tenants. 16) Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
