Role Description
We are on the lookout for a motivated and committed Senior and Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team! With a strong presence in residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments, this is your opportunity to be part of a respected consultancy with over 40 years of industry excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Familiarity with Glodon, CostX, MS Excel, and other relevant software is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently when needed
- Preferable to have experience in QS consultant firm
