As part of our regional growth, we’re hiring an Ecommerce Operation Executive to ensure our product catalog remains accurate, compliant, and optimised for both merchants and customers.
Your Role:
- Own the full lifecycle of product listings, from creation to updates and maintenance.
- Safeguard catalog accuracy by reviewing product details (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, attributes).
- Spot and resolve catalog issues such as duplicates, miscategorisation, inactive SKUs, or missing information.
- Support merchant onboarding by ensuring products go live correctly and on schedule.
- Partner with commercial, product, and operations teams to improve catalog quality and support launches or online campaigns.
- Min 1 to 3 years experience in marketplace operation, product operation, or E-commerce.
- Experience from ecommerce platform (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and fast pace environment.
