Role : Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, accurate system transactions, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory movements and system transactions in SAP and WMS.
• Monitor and resolve warehouse system issues, ensuring accurate inventory traceability and data integrity.
• Coordinate material movements, including production supply, interplant transfers, returns, and special material requests.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counts, cycle counts, pallet counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures by maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and warehouse documentation.
• Monitor raw material expiry dates, calibration schedules, and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) updates.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate as a member of the Internal Halal Committee and support Halal compliance activities.
• Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), including First Aider responsibilities.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel to achieve operational, safety, and performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS, or warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
• Able to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to operational requirements.
