We are hiring for 35+ businesses across multiple industries, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys solving hiring challenges, building recruitment strategies, and improving the way talent is attracted and hired.

This is not a role where you only schedule interviews.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, work closely with hiring managers, and play an important role in helping our businesses grow through great talent.

Job Details

Location: Near PWTC LRT Station (1-minute walk)

Accommodation: Staff accommodation available at subsidised rates

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000

You will have the flexibility to test new ideas and contribute to improving how we attract talent.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other creative channels
• Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability
• Liaise and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidate offers, salary discussions, and negotiations
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
• Improve recruitment processes through AI, automation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
• Able to manage multiple hiring positions simultaneously
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to explore new recruitment strategies
