Job Description Summary

Responsible for the design, development, and integration of IT or IT-enabled services and solutions for external clients, addressing business needs across technology, service delivery, and commercial aspects. Acts as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders by understanding business and technical requirements, translating them into solution designs, and validating project scope. Serves as a technical expert in solution design, development, and implementation while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsible for solution sizing and costing, documenting and governing solution deliverables, aligning commercial aspects of client engagements (such as SOWs and project plans) with the technical delivery approach, and presenting solutions to clients to build confidence and support successful outcomes.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage and lead architecture projects, ensuring they meet project objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with solution architects to deliver technical solutions that align with architectural standards.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of architectural standards and guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance for architecture projects, helping to resolve complex issues.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance efficiency and support business objectives.
• Foster collaboration within the team and across cross-functional groups.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversee the successful completion of architecture projects and provide regular progress updates.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar solution architecture or technical leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant cloud certifications or advanced cloud training.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise cloud solutions.
• Experience managing complex cloud architecture projects.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud architecture certifications.
