At STRONG Pilates, our Studio Executives are the face of our brand and play a key role in growing our community. This is a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on membership sales, where you'll build relationships with prospective and existing members, guide them through their fitness journey, and help them find the membership that best suits their goals.

MEMBERSHIP SALES & CLIENT GROWTH (40%)
Membership sales are a core part of this role. You'll proactively engage prospective and existing members, build meaningful relationships, and confidently recommend memberships and packages that best meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in guests and convert them into paying members.
- Conduct studio tours and introduce prospective members to the STRONG Pilates experience.
- Recommend and sell memberships, class packs and promotions based on each client's goals.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries and trial attendees via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Build strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals, referrals and upgrades.
- Achieve individual and studio membership sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and report sales performance to the Studio Manager.
- Collaborate with the Studio Manager to improve sales strategies and conversion rates.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (30%)
Creating an exceptional experience is at the heart of everything we do. You'll ensure every member feels welcomed, valued and supported from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction.
- Be knowledgeable about class schedules, memberships, policies and promotions.
- Manage bookings, check-ins and payment processing.
- Assist members with account enquiries, package extensions and membership renewals.
- Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and in person.
- Represent the STRONG brand with confidence, professionalism and enthusiasm.
STUDIO OPERATIONS (20%)
You'll help ensure the studio operates efficiently and provides a premium experience for every member.
Responsibilities
- Complete opening and closing duties.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area, studios, changing rooms and common areas.
- Complete daily operational checklists.
- Restock studio amenities and notify the Studio Manager when supplies are low.
- Assist with monthly stock takes.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as required.
COMMUNITY & BRAND ACTIVATION (10%)
Help bring the STRONG community to life through events and brand initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support studio events and activations.
- Welcome and assist event attendees.
- Capture content for social media during events.
- Assist with event setup and pack down.
- Help create a memorable and premium experience for all guests.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
