POSITION : Assistant Engineer – Chiller Systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership to the Chiller Systems maintenance team members in providing chiller maintenance, repair and annual shutdowns.
- Manage the team to achieve set targets.
- Keep updated in the latest development in chiller technology and offer advice to the team, practical technical information.
- Recommend, quote and advise internal & external customers on technical & cost matters pertaining to chiller maintenance, repair and annual shutdowns.
- Increase revenue for Chiller team according to company’s plan and direction.
- Sourcing of contractor & supplier.
- Provide technical advice relating to chillers, ACMV systems to site managers when necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required
- Bachelor/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience including hands-on experience in troubleshooting & repairing Trane, Smardt, Climaveneta, Daikin, Carrier chillers etc. and annual shutdowns
- Experience in dealing with building owners, contractors, OEM distributors will be advantageous
- Possess Class 3 licence will be an advantageous.
