Job Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities to support projects and operations. The role covers sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, supplier management, delivery coordination, cost control, and procurement compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, Purchase Order issuance, delivery follow-up, and order closure.
• Procure AV equipment, products, project materials, subcontractor services, and other operational requirements.
• Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and service.
• Guide junior procurement staff where required.

Requirements

• Diploma /Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of procurement experience, preferably in AV, IT, system integration, engineering, construction, or project-based businesses.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and commercial skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight project timelines.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
