About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Presales Engineer to join our System Integration team. You will work closely with the sales and technical delivery teams to design enterprise networking and security solutions, provide technical consultation to customers, and support business growth.

This role is ideal for someone with strong networking expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in enterprise infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise network and security solutions (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, Security Fabric).
• Prepare solution architecture, technical proposals, BOMs, and design documentation.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions.
• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Support Sales in RFQ, RFP, and RFI submissions.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible.
• Coordinate with technology vendors for technical support and solution pricing.
• Maintain solution templates and technical documentation.
• Stay updated on emerging networking and cybersecurity technologies such as SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and SASE.

RequirementsTechnical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• Enterprise Networking (Routing & Switching, VLAN, VPN, Wireless)
• Network Security (Firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN, SD-WAN, NAC, ZTNA)
• Experience designing enterprise network solutions.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and BOMs.
• Familiar with Cisco and Fortinet solutions.
• Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and SASE technologies is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Engineering or Network Presales.
• Experience in System Integration or Enterprise Networking projects.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
• Cisco
• Fortinet
• Juniper
• Aruba
• Palo Alto

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Cisco CCNP or Fortinet NSE 6/7 is required.
• Additional certifications are an advantage:
• CCIE
• Fortinet NSE8
• Palo Alto
• Juniper
• Aruba
• AWS/Azure Networking

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
