Job Summary

GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Driver (GDL Licence) to join our Logistics/Receiving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently between stores, distribution centres and suppliers while ensuring timely deliveries, proper documentation and compliance with road safety regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, equipment and supplies to designated locations.
• Ensure deliveries and collections are completed accurately and within the scheduled timeline.
• Load, unload and secure goods properly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices and other transport documents before departure and upon delivery.
• Assist the Receiving Department with loading, unloading and stock handling when required.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, including checking tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, coolant and fuel levels.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained and roadworthy at all times.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents or maintenance issues immediately.
• Comply with all traffic laws, company safety policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage and vehicle maintenance.
• Provide professional and courteous service when dealing with suppliers, customers and internal departments.
• Assist in stock transfers and operational support when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Receiving Team Leader, Store Manager or Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,902.61 per month

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
