Production Planner Executive

Location: CTRM AeroSystems Sdn. Bhd., Subang

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in spare parts planning, order management, customer service, or supply chain within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

3. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

4. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

5. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in processing customer orders and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and monitor the master production schedule based on customer orders, forecasts, production capacity, and material availability.

2. Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth production execution.

3. Plan and release production work orders in the ERP/QAD system, ensuring accurate data and timely updates.

4. Monitor production progress, identify schedule deviations or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time completion.

5. Optimize production capacity, machine utilization, manpower allocation, and inventory levels to achieve operational efficiency.

6. Maintain accurate production planning records, including schedules, material requirements, production status, and inventory reports.

7. Communicate production schedules, priorities, and changes to relevant departments and provide timely updates on delivery commitments.

8. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, production efficiency, inventory control, and on-time delivery performance.
