• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the company's buildings, facilities, and utilities.
• Monitor the performance of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, fire protection, and other building systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repair, servicing, and installation works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and service reports.
• Monitor utility consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
• Assist in office renovation, building improvement, and facility upgrade projects.
• Support emergency response activities related to building or facility issues.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
