About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered systems, including intelligent knowledge platforms and conversational agents (e.g., chatbots). This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, architecting scalable AI solutions, ensuring smooth integration across enterprise systems, and aligning technology with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• To perform AI solution assessment, and prepare Infra build-sheet, architecture submission, testing, pentest, performance test. SDLC documentation/approval and sign off.
• To lead end to end environment setup (Non PROD/ PROD/ DR) with liaising within IT team and GIO team Work closely with PMO and business analyst to ensure business requirement was aligned Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability.
• Work closely with other tech SME lead to ensure the system integration across other system (e.g. portal, data platforms and, others) Ensure robustness, scalability, and performance of deployed system.
• Compliance and regulatory documentation such as RAI from AI council

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML systems or enterprise-scale solution architecture.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with data pipelines, APIs, and integration with enterprise systems. Knowledge of MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks for AI systems. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical execution.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
