In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing international environmental equipment projects, including dust collection systems, equipment assembly, and HVAC duct installation. You will oversee on-site project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and progress are managed effectively while coordinating closely with clients, installation teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to achieve successful project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Project Site Management: Manage on-site air pollution control and dust collection projects, including equipment assembly and HVAC duct installation.
• Compliance & Standards: Familiar with quality requirements, safety standards and operating procedures related to MEP installation. Well-versed in applicable national laws and regulations, particularly relevant standards and construction specifications in the MEP installation field, such as piping construction acceptance standards and equipment assembly specifications.
• Communication and Coordination: Possess strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise with all relevant parties and accurately communicate project status, requirements, and areas requiring coordination and support.
• Core Management Responsibilities: Focus on the three key areas of on-site safety, quality, and project progress. Quickly understand and strictly implement the company's relevant quality control standards.
• Change Management: Promptly follow up on project change procedures and provide feedback and complete project change formalities in accordance with company requirements.
• After-Sales Support: Possess relevant experience in after-sales project support, with the ability to identify basic project faults effectively and provide appropriate solutions or directly carry out troubleshooting and rectification.

What You’ll Need

Must Have

• Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Machinery Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.
• Communication Skills: Possess strong cross-organizational communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients, installation teams, and internal company departments, accurately conveying project status and key requirements for coordination and support.
• Professional Qualities: Highly self-motivated, proactive in obtaining information and driving work forward. Possess a positive learning attitude and be willing to proactively study training materials and apply the knowledge acquired to work. Outgoing personality, able to consider the overall interests of the project, with good teamwork skills and a strong sense of alignment with the team and organization.
• Core Competencies: Possess strong awareness and capabilities in managing on-site project safety, quality, and progress. Able to quickly understand the company's quality control standards and strictly implement them on site.
• Process Execution: Familiar with project change management procedures and able to provide timely feedback and complete the relevant change procedures in accordance with company policies and requirements.
• Industry Experience: Relevant work experience in the dust removal industry, environmental protection equipment, MEP equipment, or similar positions is preferred. The position will be subject to after-sales customer complaint performance assessment during the period from project completion until the expiry of the defect liability period, particularly for complaints arising from installation management issues. Therefore, candidates should have relevant after-sales project experience and be capable of effectively identifying basic faults, providing appropriate solutions, or carrying out troubleshooting and corrective actions.

• Basic after-sales service experience, including troubleshooting issues, identifying faults, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with project change management procedures and experience in handling variation processes.
• Knowledge of M&E installation standards, piping works, and equipment assembly requirements.
• Experience working on overseas or international projects.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
