Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Employee Engagement, or Organizational Development.
• Experience in coordinating improvement activities, audits, programs, training, or events is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate continuous improvement activities, including workplace improvement initiatives, process enhancement, and productivity improvement programs.
• Conduct workplace audits, maintain documentation, track improvement actions, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare reports on audit performance, improvement activities, participation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, awareness programs, and continuous improvement campaigns.
• Coordinate the implementation of digitalization and process improvement projects, including progress monitoring and stakeholder follow-up.
• Facilitate review meetings, communicate action items, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.
