Your Impact:
- Enhance team effectiveness by coordinating efforts across departments to ensure smooth project delivery
- To draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including terms and conditions for construction projects.
- Manage changes in project scope by amending contracts and communicating updates to relevant parties.
- Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets and bills of quantities.
- Address and resolve contract-related issues, disputes, and conflicts that arise during project execution.
- Prepare and manage cost reports, track expenditures and approve payment requests based on contract terms.
- Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to avoid delays or miscommunication.
- Oversee contract execution, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations according to the agreed timelines.
- Propose solutions or compensation measures in case of breach of contract or non-compliance.
- Verify and approve the final payments, ensuring that all parties have met their contractual obligations.
- Evaluate existing contract processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
- Prepare and present reports on contract status, costs, risks, and project performance to senior management.
What We're Looking For:Must Have:
- Preferably 2 - 3 years experiences in construction contract management
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Construction Management/ Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- A detailed-oriented person, strong negotiator & good problem solver will be an added advantage.
- Occasionally requires on-site visits to construction projects to assess compliance and monitor progress.
- Familiar with local, national, or international construction laws and regulations.
- The office is located at Bestari Jaya.
Good to Have:
- Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales
- Understanding of project management principles
- Knowledge of industry procurement processes
