About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage our company's financial and accounting functions. You will play a key role in ensuring our financial operations are systematic, accurate, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Set Accounts: Manage the full set of accounts and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare management reports, handle petty cash, and manage expense claims.
• Sales & Billing: Prepare sales invoices, and actively follow up on payments.
• Payroll & Compliance: Prepare monthly payroll and manage EA statements for employees.
• Tax & Audit: Assist in annual taxation, audit processes, and company secretarial matters.
• Cash Management: Ensure timely banking of collections and monitor sales staff collections.
• Documentation: Handle general administrative filing and government form submissions.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
