About the Role

We are seeking a Confirmations Executive to support post-trade operations by ensuring trade confirmations are accurately prepared, matched and affirmed within required timelines. The successful candidate will work closely with counterparties and internal stakeholders to resolve confirmation discrepancies and minimise operational risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and validate trade confirmations for financial market transactions.
• Monitor outstanding confirmations and ensure timely matching and affirmation.
• Investigate confirmation discrepancies and coordinate with counterparties to resolve exceptions.
• Maintain accurate records of confirmations and operational activities.
• Work closely with Trading, Middle Office, Settlements and external counterparties.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, market practices and regulatory requirements.
• Support operational improvement initiatives and process automation where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Confirmations, Trade Support or Capital Markets Operations.
• Knowledge of confirmation processes within financial markets.
• Experience with OTC products will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
