Responsibilities: -

• Supervise and manage the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency;
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment;
• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, operators and maintenance staff;
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's competency and adherence to safety standards;
• Oversee the execution of routine maintenance tasks, repairs and system upgrades;
• Coordinate with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues promptly;
• Develop and manage the budget for HVAC operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation;
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment;
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in HVAC operations;
• Collaborate with HVAC equipment suppliers, contractors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of HVAC components and services;
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for HVAC system failures or critical situations;
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history and performance data.

Requirements: -

• Degree in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent;
• At least 10 years working experience in HVAC operations and maintenance;
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls and energy management;
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
• High level of integrity drives and result oriented;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
