Position: Facility Technician

Location: CTRM AeroSystems Sdn. Bhd., Subang

Requirements:

1. Minimum SKM Level 2 / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, or equivalent qualification.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with at least one year of relevant facility maintenance experience in the manufacturing or aerospace industry will have an added advantage.
3. Ability to take initiatives, communication skills and able to work in a team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis for facility equipment and systems.
2. Support smooth and reliable plant operation by maintaining Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural systems.
3. Perform maintenance activities for ELV systems including mounting, enclosures, alarm systems, and intercom wiring.
4. Maintain and support CAS, DCS & FPS systems including compressors, dust collectors, fire pumps, motors, panels, and control circuits.
5. Perform servicing and inspection for Drivamatic machines including actuators, motors, mechanical linkages, PLC, drives, and sensors.
6. Support maintenance activities for Paintshop, Boiler & LPG systems including piping, fittings, accessories, MCC panels, and grounding systems.
7. Conduct inspection and minor repair works for Access Door & CCTV systems including hinges, brackets, power supply, and network wiring.
8. Carry out routine inspection and safety checks for cranes including hoist motors, wire ropes, limit switches, and control systems.
9. Perform ACMV maintenance including AHU, FCU, ventilation fans, filters, belts, lubrication and electrical panels.
10. Execute basic Civil & Structural maintenance works including plumbing, painting, cement patching, road repair, and general building upkeep.
11. Record maintenance activities, machine abnormalities, and repair history properly.
12. Respond to breakdown and ensure fast recovery to minimize downtime.
