Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting guests and event clients, handling enquiries, coordinating reservations, check-ins, check-outs, site recce appointments, and event booking, while ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from the first enquiry to the completion of their stay or event.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
