Kerja Sepenuh Masa Inprocess Quality Inspector, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di Maytech Cleanroom Manufacturing Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

1. Perform first-piece, in-process, and final quality inspections throughout the production process in accordance with approved Quality Plans, product specifications, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

2. Monitor critical production parameters and product characteristics at each inspection stage to ensure compliance with customer and company quality requirements.

3. Conduct dimensional, visual, functional, and process verification using approved measuring equipment and inspection methods.

4. Record inspection results accurately in the In-Process & Outgoing Quality Inspection Report and maintain complete inspection records for product traceability.

5. Verify production setup, first-piece approval, and process changes before mass production continues.

6. Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products, and ensure proper implementation of the Control of Non-Conforming Product procedure.

7. Coordinate closely with Production Supervisors and Operators to resolve quality issues, reduce defects, and ensure timely corrective actions.

8. Verify that reworked products comply with quality requirements before approving them for further processing or release.

9. Monitor packing quality and verify finished products meet packaging, identification, labeling, and customer requirements before transfer to the Finished Goods Store.

10. Ensure all inspection equipment used is suitable, calibrated, and properly maintained.

11. Support process validation, quality improvement initiatives, root cause investigations, customer complaints, internal audits, and ISO Management System activities.

12. Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety requirements and perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
