QUALIFICATIONS & WORK COMMITMENT:

• Bachelor’s / Professional Degree in Finance or Accountancy (CGPA 3.0+).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting & finance (strong fresh graduates with relevant internship exposure are encouraged to apply).
• Audit experience is an added advantage.
• Willing to be hands-on in operations, including daily patient transactions.
• Willing to work on Saturdays (full day) as part of commitment in the healthcare sector.
• Willing to work 6 days per week during probation and 5 days per week upon confirmation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Manage the full AR and AP cycle, including invoices, payments, petty cash, and updating financial records in the SQL system.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) and monitor actual results against forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis and support financial forecasting to guide business decisions.
• Ensure strong internal controls by verifying documentation, maintaining SOP compliance, and liaising with auditors and tax agents.
• Collaborate across departments, recommend process improvements, and safeguard financial confidentiality.
