YOUR TASKS
- Help with day-to-day tasks like responding to customer inquiries, updating trackers, and assisting with admin tasks.
- Work together with the Supervisors on process improvement or automation.
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency with the ability to draft clear responses.
- Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and follow guidance.
