Company Description

AG Aesthetics Singapore is a leading distributor of advanced medical aesthetic technologies and professional skincare solutions. With over 27 years of experience, the company partners with aesthetic clinics by delivering clinically proven innovations, expert training, technical support, and dedicated after-sales service to drive clinical excellence and sustainable practice growth.

Role Description

The Sales & Service Engineer is responsible for supporting the sales and service lifecycle of medical aesthetic equipment. This role involves conducting equipment installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs at client clinics, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and uptime.

The Sales & Service Engineer will provide technical demonstrations during pre-sales activities, assist the sales team with technical queries, and offer clear, professional guidance to practitioners and clinic staff. Daily tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing diagnostics, coordinating technical support cases, and documenting service activities and reports.

The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams to improve service processes, supporting clinical training sessions from a technical standpoint, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for medical aesthetic or similar technical equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in field service, including on-site visits and client-facing technical work.
  • Proficiency in technical support, including remote assistance, issue escalation, and documentation.
  • Practical skills in maintenance & repair, including preventive servicing, calibration, and component replacement.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users and supporting the sales team.
  • Diploma or degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, electronics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Prior experience with medical devices, aesthetic equipment, or healthcare technology is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple service assignments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong customer service mindset, with a focus on reliability, integrity, and long-term client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits and occasional extended hours based on service needs.
