Job Scope

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing the whole company’s projects and act as a Project Manager to develop and manage Solar PV projects.
• Evaluate project resource needs for executing the projects.
• Create and review of Project schedule including incorporated information from all relevant parties.
• Keep track and ensure Project Milestones and Deliverables are delivered on time.
• Support other activities as Business Development and Operation and Maintenance of Solar PV Projects.
• Develop and execute project risk management plans for new projects.
• Log and resolve Project Issues and Risk.
• Manage internal and external Project Stakeholders.
• Manage Project Budget to minimize cost overruns.
• Lead and Support contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers and owners.
• Produce, review and control Project schedules including constructions and key deliverables using MS Project and/or other scheduling softwares.
• Interface with government agencies on project executions on permit and consent.
• Reporting of projects status’ on a weekly basis.
• Provide input on company wide process and documentation improvements.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Construction Management, with relevant experience in project management and planning.
• Candidate must have at least three years of experience managing commercial infrastructure projects from development through to execution.
• Candidate must have experience in analysing site-specific project strategies and development requirements.
• Candidate must be able to independently manage project teams, site personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Candidate must possess strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
