Human Resources Executive
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Proven experience in handling foreign workers and managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee engagement, disciplinary matters, and offboarding.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and SOPs are implemented and complied with across all outlets.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both local and foreign employees.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain quality talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support business expansion.
Talent Management & Development
- Support performance management and succession planning initiatives.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop career progression plans.
- Coordinate employee development programmes to enhance skills and performance.
Training & Development
- Conduct orientation programmes for new employees.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-house training programmes for restaurant and support office employees.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews and operational requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Foreign Worker Management
- Manage all matters relating to foreign workers, including recruitment, onboarding, permit applications and renewals, visa documentation, medical examinations, hostel arrangements, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with Immigration, Labour Department, and relevant government agencies.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programmes.
- Manage salary reviews, allowances, incentives, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure statutory compliance relating to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other employment requirements.
Payroll Administration
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Process attendance, overtime, leave records, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and statutory submissions.
Employee Relations
- Foster positive employee relations and promote a productive workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, counselling, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and retention programmes.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HRIS data.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, disciplinary documentation, and other HR correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and management reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Strong experience in full-spectrum Human Resources functions.
- Hands-on experience managing foreign workers and related regulatory requirements.
- Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
- Excellent presentation and training facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
