Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal hiring across technical and non-technical positions.
• Support external recruitment assignments and client hiring projects when required.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment consultation.
• Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate interview arrangements and manage candidate communications.
• Prepare offers, support salary negotiations and facilitate onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports and candidate databases.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Assist with HR operational activities including employee documentation, onboarding, engagement initiatives and other HR administrative tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and contribute ideas to enhance overall HR efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for both technical (IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, etc.) and non-technical (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, etc.) positions.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals and other sourcing techniques.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders at different levels.
• Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage changing business needs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
