JOB SUMMARY

The Leasing Executive is responsible for marketing and leasing retail, office and commercial spaces within ITCC Mall. The role focuses on sourcing prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, maintaining strong tenant relationships, achieving occupancy and rental targets, and ensuring the successful execution of leasing strategies that maximize the mall's revenue and tenant mix.

• Coordination with Internal Departments
• Financial Performance

Other Duties:

• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows and networking events to promote ITCC Mall.
• Support mall promotional campaigns and special events.
• Assist in preparing annual leasing budgets and business plans.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Leasing Manager, General Manager or Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate or commercial sales.
• Experience in shopping malls, commercial buildings or mixed developments is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, sales and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
