Full Time Logistics - Administration Officer (Import - Export) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in SINAR SRI KESANG ENTERPRISE SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments from booking until final delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, customs agents, and warehouses.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Delivery Order (DO), Shipping Instructions, and customs documentation.
• Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, cargo movements, and delivery status.
• Maintain shipment records, container movement records, and logistics documentation.
• Verify logistics-related invoices and resolve shipment discrepancies or claims.
• Coordinate company vehicle insurance, road tax, permits, PUSPAKOM inspections, servicing, and maintenance.
• Manage courier and parcel deliveries through courier service providers.
• Coordinate stock transfers, inventory movements, and warehouse documentation.
• Support business license renewals, regulatory submissions, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare monthly logistics reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, import/export, or administration.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and logistics operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in fleet management or regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
