Candidate Requirements

• Strong accounting knowledge with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Responsible, committed, and able to complete assigned tasks within the contract period.
• Experience in preparing a *Full Set of Accounts*.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience* in full set accounting (preferred).
• Immediate availability is preferred.*

Job Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system.
• Prepare bank reconciliations for more than three (3) bank accounts.
• Review, reconcile, and correct Balance Sheet accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Verify and reconcile balances for all Balance Sheet accounts against supporting documents.
• Prepare the *Full Set of Accounts* for the financial year 2025 and part of the financial year 2026.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies to ensure accurate and complete financial records.
• Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by Management.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Location:

• Bandar Puteri Bangi, Kajang

Contract Duration:

• 3 months (to cover an employee on maternity leave)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
