Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di Projek Teknologi 6D Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BQ) for projects.
• Manage tendering processes including preparation of tender documents, evaluation, and recommendations.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and provide advice on cost-effective solutions.
• Manage contract administration including claims, variations, and progress payments.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budget and cost control measures.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, standards, and statutory requirements.

Skills and Experience required for the Quantity Surveyor position

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may also be considered for junior roles).
• Knowledge of contract administration, cost management, and tendering procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software (e.g., CostX, Cubicost, etc.).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Contract
