Easy & Perfect Malaysia is looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Senior Content Creator to join our growing team. If you are passionate about creating engaging short-form videos, keeping up with TikTok trends, and producing content that captures attention and drives engagement, we'd love to have you on our team.

You will be responsible for planning, producing, and optimizing content across TikTok and other social media platforms while collaborating closely with the marketing and live host team to strengthen our brand presence and support sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute engaging short-form content for TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Research the latest trends, viral content, and audience preferences to generate creative content ideas.
• Write scripts, hooks, and storylines for video content.
• Shoot and edit videos using smartphones and video editing software such as CapCut.
• Collaborate with Live Hosts, Marketing, and Operations teams to produce content for campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor content performance and continuously improve content based on analytics and audience engagement.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Assist in brainstorming creative campaigns and promotional ideas.
• Support and guide junior content creators when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about TikTok, social media trends, and digital content creation.
• Able to shoot and edit engaging short-form videos.
• Proficient in CapCut or other video editing software.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio or previous content work is required.

Bonus Skills

• Experience creating TikTok Shop content.
• Basic understanding of TikTok analytics and content performance.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Kling AI, or HeyGen.
• Experience in consumer electronics, gadgets, audio products, or e-commerce is an advantage.
