Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and tender documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Monitor contract deliverables, timelines, and obligations, escalating potential risks or issues to senior team members.

- Assist in tracking project costs, preparing cost summaries, and processing variation orders to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

- Verify and process contractor claims, progress payments, and final accounts under the guidance of senior team members.

- Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve contract-related queries and support smooth project execution.

- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support effective contract administration and audit requirements.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
