We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Executive, Human Resource & Administration to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for recruitment and training coordination, while supporting the day-to-day HR and administrative functions. The role also requires the ability to provide backup support for payroll processing whenever necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and administer employee training programmes, including training schedules, registrations, attendance records, and HRD Corp documentation where applicable.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Assist in employee confirmation, contract renewals, transfers, and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company initiatives.
- Handle general HR and administrative matters.
- Provide backup support for monthly payroll processing, including overtime, leave records, allowances, deductions, and statutory submissions when required.
- Liaise with internal departments, government agencies, and external parties on HR-related matters.
- Perform any other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in training coordination and maintaining training records.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes and willingness to support payroll operations as a backup.
- Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Resilient, adaptable, and ableto work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems.
- Knowledge of HRD Corp claims and training grant administration is an added advantage.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data management, is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
