Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants during daily operations.
• Assign work schedules and inspect cleaned guestrooms and public areas.
• Ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals on time.
• Coordinate with Front Office on room status and guest requests.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues with Engineering.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment, linen, and guest supplies are properly maintained.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members.
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory, stock control, and departmental records.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years' housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
