As a Software Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing long-term relationships with our existing clients after project implementation begins. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will work closely with clients to ensure they maximize the value of our ERP solutions while identifying opportunities to expand their business through additional modules, services, and implementations.

This role combines strategic account management with business development, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy building lasting client relationships while driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients after project kick-off, building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Understand clients' business goals and recommend suitable ERP solutions to maximize their system utilization.
• Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for additional ERP modules, implementation services, or product enhancements.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing accounts to support business growth.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Consultants, and Technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress, manage client expectations, and proactively resolve issues throughout the implementation journey.
• Prepare account development plans and maintain accurate records of client activities and opportunities.
• Conduct presentations and solution discussions for existing clients when introducing new ERP products or services.
• Work closely with the Business Development team during account handovers and support commercial discussions when account expansion opportunities arise.
• Achieve revenue targets through account growth, client retention, and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Passionate about consulting, technology, and business development.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and collaborating across internal teams.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities.

• Knowledge of ERP Software is a plus.
• Previous experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, or ERP Consulting is a plus.
