Job Summary

Lead and develop the Sales team to achieve targets and expand the customer base through strategic sales initiatives, effective relationship management, and operational coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise the Sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that increase revenue and expand the customer base.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers and business partners to enhance loyalty and business growth.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic sales reports to inform management.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements to optimize results.
• Review quotations, negotiate pricing effectively, and resolve major customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and overseas business trips as required.
• Execute additional duties assigned by Management to support business objectives.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Japanese is an advantage (not essential; may support communication with Japanese clients or partners).
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing teams and driving sales growth.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
